I want to pay off 10,000 in charge cards but keep my home. Is this possible?
DURING A BK 13, I REALIZE THE MAX LOAN AMOUNT FROM A LENDER IS $1000. HOWEVER, WHAT IS THE MAX LOAN YOU CAN BORROW FROM YOUR STOCK SAVINGS PLAN FROM WORK, AS THIS MONEY IS RE-FUNDED BACK EACH PAY INTO THE S.S.P. PLAN. MY CURRENT PLAN SHOWS A MAX OF $3800 APPROX. ALLOWED TO BE BORROWED AS IT IS ALREADY APPROVED BY THE PLAN.
I have a home equity loan and owe 1/3 of the homes value. I have another loan that was to be paid by a previous Corporation that I was the President of and I signed and agreed to pay the loan if the company went out of business and the company went out of business in 2011 my balance is is $65,000. to one of the stock holders in the Corporation. I have credit card debt of $52,000 some of that debt was created for the Corporation. I’m presently current on all this debt. I see problems on the horizon and need to know my alternatives. I want to keep my home. Please advise
How much do you charge to file chapter 13 bankruptcy?-and can I make pay arrangements if its too much?
I owe on my house and 1 car and want to keep those, how do I do this if I file bankruptcy, also I am employed but have taken a serious cut in my income, I must keep my job but I don’t make enough anymore to pay my bills and I am behind on my mortgage.
